Then, on October 15, 1946 Captian Jean Vlug, the Dutch Monuments Man associated with Faison, Plaut, and Rousseau, delivered a report to London Station. It seemed that Vlug didn't trust his report to be filed through normal channels, because he insisted that Faison's copy be hand-delivered to him personally. The report was a stunning piece of work detailing operations of Dienststelle Mühlmann in the Netherlands, Belgium , and France, with nearly 150 pages itemizing stolen property and where to find it.
