editL'intitulé officiel du titre étant "Docteur honoris causa", il n'y a pas lieu d'imposer une forme féminisée de ce titre par le biais de l'infobox Biographie 2 sur Wikipédia en français. Dans le corps des articles, c'est le choix du rédacteur de la page qui est respecté ; cet usage devrait prévaloir aussi pour l'infobox.
Cette forme en français n'étant sourcée que par une unique mention sur un site canadien, et non sourcée dans les autres langues, je la supprime en attendant qu'une décision consensuelle puisse être prise à ce sujet.
