@Okkn: FMA distinguishes between subclasses of segment of neural tree organ (Q66506231) and subclasses of neural tree organ (Q66557607) being something different. ChristianKl ❪✉❫ 17:25, 7 December 2020 (UTC)
- @ChristianKl: Hmm, FMA says radial nerve (Q1365325) (a subclass of peripheral nerve (Q11519747)) is not a subclass of nerve (Q9620)? It's not intuitive. --Okkn (talk) 23:23, 7 December 2020 (UTC)
- @Okkn: Looking more into it FMA65132 might not be a good choice for nerve (Q9620) and FMA61284 might be better. ChristianKl ❪✉❫ 23:35, 7 December 2020 (UTC)
- @ChristianKl: At least I can say that FMA:61284 (Nerve) is narrower concept than the common concept of "nerve". By the way, currently FMA:65239 (Peripheral nerve) is not a subclass of FMA:61284 (Neural tree organ) but a subclass of FMA:42603 (Organ component cluster). Has the FMA ontology changed recently? --Okkn (talk) 23:48, 7 December 2020 (UTC)
