Capitalization

I have just changed province of Turkey to Provinces of Turkey (plural), however I am not sure whether this should be capitalized or not. Thank in advance, Ottawahitech (talk) 14:34, 12 October 2017 (UTC) Please ping me Reply

I'd say that in both cases it should be not-capitalized. But why do you change from singular to plural? Usually we have plural when speaking about a list, but when it is class it should be singular. --Infovarius (talk) 14:06, 13 October 2017 (UTC)Reply
