Thanks for analysis. I am moving subspecies to Q13223298, genus to Q190545, species (and usual names for fruit) is at Q44120, subgenus stays here. As fruits can be called for any taxonomic rank, I keep them stay for a while. So current situation is:

I suppose that el and hi about fruits but can't devise from what taxon. mr seems to be completely irrelevant. I believe nah:Ciruela is about fruit (there is Prunus domestica subsp. syriaca in picture), while Ciruelaxocotl is some taxon, whereas nah:Ciruelacuahuitl is species. In german we call plum "Zwetschge" (Prunus domestica subsp. domestica), it has entry Q13223298. Conny (talk) 12:47, 17 May 2013 (UTC).Reply

Now it looks like this:

fruit from the subgenus: el, es, fr, hi, io, mr(?), nah, oc, sco
the subgenus itself: es, et, id(?) gv, lt, ml(?), ne(?), pt, sr, th, tr, vi
