@GualdimG, Tm: can you please talk instead of edit warring? If you continue I'll block you both. Multichill (talk) 22:55, 20 December 2019 (UTC)Reply

The case in point is the fact that i´ve tried to keep the oficial name of this structures, backed by official portuguese listed heritage databases, classification process, laws that made this structures as part of the listed (classified) portuguese heritage and other sources. The other user kept reverting, even after i´ve linked to said sources.I´ve tried to make so sense of why were his actions, but he didn't respond and delete my questions, albeit he seems to have stopped meanwhile. In this case, "Igreja Nova de Mafra é uma localidade, antiga freguesia de Mafra. Igreja Paroquial de Igreja Nova (designação SIPA) é uma igreja em Igreja Nova", which means that " "Igreja Nova de Mafra" (as the other user wants to impose) is a locality, former parish of Mafra. "Igreja Paroquial de Igreja Nova" (SIPA designation) is a church in Igreja Nova". So, the name "Igreja Paroquial de Igreja Nova" (the first official designation SIPA for the thing, the other being "Igreja de Nossa Senhora da Conceição", and the second official designation by IGESPAR) is a much clear, precise, so better, designation of this church. First IGESPAR doesnt exist since 2011, as now is DGPC. Second the law that classified this as an listed heritage monuments clearlu calls it "Igreja Nova de Mafra" (see https://dre.pt/application/dir/pdf1sdip/1950/01/00400/00070008.pdf), third the oficial and authoritative database of Portuguese listed heritage also calls it "Igreja Nova de Mafra (per official listing in http://www.patrimoniocultural.gov.pt/pt/patrimonio/patrimonio-imovel/pesquisa-do-patrimonio/classificado-ou-em-vias-de-classificacao/geral/view/73457). And SIPA is part of DGPC and that name appear in the authorative database as "Outras Designações", other designations. Tm (talk) 04:04, 21 December 2019 (UTC)Reply
The IGESPAR designation "Pórtico da torre sineira, pórtico da galilé e pia baptismal da Igreja Nova de Mafra" [1] is clearly a deficient way of nominate the church, that is in the town of Igreja Nova, town that exists (by the portuguese wikipedian artice) since 1255. As I said, "Igreja Nova de Mafra" is a locality, former parish of Mafra. "Igreja Paroquial de Igreja Nova" (SIPA designation) is a church in Igreja Nova". To not confund both things, locality and church, we should use the designation of the church as in the SIPA page. GualdimG (talk) 11:35, 21 December 2019 (UTC)Reply
You have the law and the official database with Igreja Nova de Mafra, so please provide an official and authorative heritage source that shows other name, and no, SIPA is not authorative as an law or the official database of DGPC. Tm (talk) 13:53, 21 December 2019 (UTC)Reply
