Dear Infovarius, I think this is an administrative category. In English Wikipedia it says "This is a maintenance category. It is used for maintenance of the Wikipedia project and is not part of the encyclopedia.". According to the description of Wikimedia administration category (Q15647814), it is for "wiki categories that are used for internal maintenance of the wiki rather than classification of its content" hence this edit is correct.--ԱշոտՏՆՂ (talk) 22:04, 15 August 2019 (UTC)
