P11229 as unit for unemployment rate does not work. Also +-1 precision is not the best.

I really don't think Q11229 makes any sense as a unit. Shouldn't it just be unitless? (5% = 0.05)
I took that from property's talk page. I think % makes more sense to outside readers and a unitless value makes more sense for Wikidatans. We can talk about it in a more public place and I would be more than happy to change them after reaching consensus.

By the way, I think the source should also include stated in (P248) World Bank database (Q21540096), either in addition to or instead of the current reference URL (P854). This would make it much easier to sort by sources, and show references properly.
