Hi! I could see that you added SELIBR ID (P906) value 358600 at Kir Bulychev (Q360292) .
There is a method to identify the associated VIAF id via a link as:

https://viaf.org/viaf/search?query=local.names+all+%22358600%22+and+local.sources+any+%22selibr%22&sortKeys=holdingscount.

Так и знал, что возникнут вопросы по этой статье. ru:Кир Булычёв и Можейко, Игорь Всеволодович - одно и то же лицо, просто Кир Булычёв - его литературный псевдоним. Об этом написано в ru:Кир Булычёв. Если Вы внимательно анализировали Kir Bulychev (Q360292), то VIAF и LCCN идентификаторы для Kir Bulychev (Q360292) взяты из английской Wikipedia для Кир Булычёв, а из немецкой Wikipedia для Можейко, Игорь Всеволодович. SELIBR ID (P906) для этого человека под разными именами тоже различаются. Один для Кир Булычёв, другой для Можейко. Но это один и тот же человек. Спасибо за внимание к моей работе!
