I'm just asking, but does "Banco de" sound like English or Spanish to you? Because it sounds like Spanish (and therefore not English) to me. --Adamant1 (talk) 04:59, 13 April 2020 (UTC)

Yes, Hospital Vargas (Q24943492) is not a civil parish nor a municipality. It is instance of (P31)hospital (Q16917) and it is perfectly ok to specify located in the administrative territorial entity (P131) for hospitals.
