Bonjour,

En regardant EPF (Q55596738) dans le cadre de la discussion sur le Bistrot sur la RUP, je suis tombé sur une information pour laquelle j'aurais besoin d'un éclaircissement : où est-il écrit dans le document CTI que cette école est une association under the French law of 1901 (Q11513034) ? (je ne vois rien dans le document et même au contraire à la page 3, il est indiqué que c'est une foundation (Q157031), ce que confirme le fichier de data.gouv.fr, me tromperé-je ?).

@VIGNERON: En fait pour moi une fondation est juridiquement une association loi 1901 mais je ne suis pas juriste donc je peux me tromper. Il est vrai qu'ils se présentent comme fondation (mais ce statut existe-t-il d'un point de vue juridique ?).--EulerObama (talk) 11:29, 27 December 2018 (UTC)

Bonjour,

La différence n'est certes pas très grande mais juridiquement ce sont bien deux choses différentes. Pour preuve (parmi d'autres choses), sur data.gouv.fr, il y a deux fichiers distincts pour les Associations Reconnues d'Utilité Publique (ARUP) et pour les Fondations Reconnues d'Utilité Publique (FRUP).
