Merger

Period of appanages

I have reverted two times the addition of pt:Principados Russos to Q13403037. Each time, I suggested the article be rather linked to Q393871, as it seem to fit the topic more. You have added the article back to Q13403037 recently. Also pinging @Valberto Silva: who did the same thing.
