There is no difference, that is the category itself.

Das was ich gelöscht habe, war in Plural, die dann in Singular gemacht. Kannst du deutsch, ich kann nicht so gut in English. (That what I have deleted was in the plural, which I then made in the singular. Can you German, I can not so good in english)

However, there is a category that certainly doesn't exist in Mongolian Wikipedia. Can you create en:Category:Subdivisions of Azerbaijan in Mongolian Wikipedia?

Can you create en:Road signs in Azerbaijan in Mongolian Wikipedia?

I live in Turkey, where Wikipedia is banned and blocked. That is why it is off limits for us here. Only Wikidata and Wikimedia Commons are not banned yet, which are our only means of communication. Can you send a reply?
