Your change to Subdivisions of Egypt and Economic Regions of Egypt wikidata entities are incorrect

The Arabic labels between "Subdivisions of Egypt" and "Economic Regions of Egypt" are incorrect. They are the opposite of what you did. I fixed them during a project in November, 2016, but you changed them back on December 25, so I'm leaving the items alone but you should know that your changes are incorrect.
