Leonard v. Pepsico, Inc.Edit

А зачем удалять? Что я не так сделал, кроме того, что название английской страницы не добавил? Чтоб на будущее знать просто.--Mexicanec (talk) 11:22, 12 April 2013 (UTC)

А, понял, был уже элемент.--Mexicanec (talk) 11:26, 12 April 2013 (UTC)
  • Use "Check sitelink" to find an appropriate item and add there a new entry then. Sealle (talk) 11:30, 12 April 2013 (UTC)
Yes, I see. Thank you. I thought you speak russian.--Mexicanec (talk) 11:39, 12 April 2013 (UTC)
Actually, I do. Простите, по инерции, привык во всех проектах, кроме ru.wiki, писать так, чтобы было всем понятно. Sealle (talk) 11:51, 12 April 2013 (UTC)

Q6334989Edit

Why did you re-merge "Category:Death in the United States" with "Category:People who died in the United States"? They don't seem to be the same topic. --Yair rand (talk) 20:33, 30 October 2014 (UTC)

  • As far as I know, there is no such category on enwiki: en:Category:People who died in the United States. So why don't you just change the label on this WD page, which include, by the way, the Commons category with exactly the same name: c:Category:Death in the United States? Sealle (talk) 22:02, 30 October 2014 (UTC)
The item is referenced by United States of America (Q30) category for people who died here (P1465), which doesn't match "Death in the United States". As far as I can tell, all the non-English categories are about people who died in the United States. --Yair rand (talk) 22:07, 30 October 2014 (UTC)
I'm afraid, you complicate the simple things. Categories in different languages are not always identical, but combining the closest of them for easy navigation IMHO is more constructive than accentuation of seeming differences. I guess it sounds more like a topic for the Village pump. Sealle (talk) 22:42, 30 October 2014 (UTC)

Re: Q1928984Edit

--Nastoshka (talk) 17:46, 8 November 2014 (UTC)

  • Grazie per la risposta. Tutto bene, nessun problema. ;) Sealle (talk) 18:05, 8 November 2014 (UTC)

Assume good faith, please...Edit

Ok, that was wrong image… I added this pic through an interface that did not display legend of pic. -- sorry for the mistake, not vandalism. I may check my edit stats to see I don't do that… --Hsarrazin (talk) 21:58, 18 March 2016 (UTC)

reusing old items for new contentEdit

Hello Sealle, please don't "re-use" old/redirected items like you did with Key (Q242186) today. This causes problems, especially with internal and potentially also external links to an item (if possible, Q…IDs should be stable).

An other example is Q47250 [2], which was "Chinese cuisine", and now is "Lev Leonidov", a Russian photographer. Please have a look at Special:WhatLinksHere/Q47250, and note that now eg. "Fujian cuisine" is a subclass of Lev Leonidov (wrong). Could you fix these links from other items please? Holger1959 (talk) 20:25, 30 April 2017 (UTC)

  • Got it. Fixed, thanks for noticing me. Sealle (talk) 00:11, 1 May 2017 (UTC)
