Hi I have two accounts with the following usernames: 1- @arian_aboutalebi is an Extended confirmed users account created in Persian Wikipedia 2- @zaghmarz1 which was created 8 years ago (2014) but I forgot my password by February 2022 . In February, dear @ladsgroup admin blocked me due to spam behavior
A few days before I was blocked, I remembered my @zaghmarz1 account password and decided to continue with this account. And in a few days I made 112 edits to update and upgrade the information in Wikidata. Please see 112 edits for me and then tell me which version was wrong? Even if, for example, one of the 112 edits is an error, 111 useful edits have been made, and I think blocking this is not the right thing to do, and we should consider a large number of good and useful edits. Only in one of the editions did I send a message to the esteemed administrator of @bovlb and request that he add the mzn Wikipedia page of Mr. Jamal Aboutalebi ( Iranian politician and environmentalist ) to his item a few days after its creation. Is this spam behavior or requesting to add a resource to a page in Wikidata !? Please help me unblock Please read what I said on the page below and then respond if possible. Why did you blocked both my accounts !? edit
Hi, a few days ago I remembered the password of my previous account @zaghmarz1 , which I created in Wikimedia projects 8 years ago, and 8 years later I was able to access my previous account and decided to work with that account.
I wanted to ask why did you block both accounts!? I have not been active in Wikidata with my @arian_aboutalebi account for a few days. Why should an inactive account be blocked all of a sudden!?
In the last few days, I have made 105 edits in Wikidata with the account @zaghmarz1 to develop and update Wikidata information.
You Wikidata administrators do not have the opportunity to update all the information. Now that users like me are updating the information for no fee, why are you stopping me !?
Please tell me which of the 105 edits in the @zaghmarz1 account is advertising !? None of my 105 edits are ads, you can check for yourself.

- I blocked Arian_aboutalebi because they were creating items about themselves and relatives constantly (and only editing to do self-promotion), the user promised not to create item about themselves so I would unblock them: https://www.wikidata.org/w/index.php?title=Special:Log&logid=665986508 which I unblocked under that condition. Now CU confirmed zaghmarz1 is a sock and is creating self-promotion items: Topic:Wpr2qh010839wd55.

Dear @ladsgroup Am I Jamal abootalebi ? No . I am Arian Aboutalebi and I have not made a page for myself since I promised you. I just suggested to dear @bovlb to add the address of the mzn wikipedia page to Jamal abootalebi item because Mr. Jamal Aboutalebi has a dedicated page on mzn wikipedia and he is a national environmental activist and local politician in Iran. Is this my job to advertise? No . It is not an advertisement. Rather, it is adding a credible source to the item, and this gives more credibility to the content on Wikidata. By the way, this was just a suggestion, it was not done by me

In recent days, I have added the Persian and mzn ( mazandarani language) Wikipedia addresses to the bottom three items and made about a hundred other useful edits in Wikidata.
Is my right ban?

I have declined the unblock request because no-one seems inclined to grant it. If you choose to make a future unblock request, I suggest that you:
- Request unblock of one account only
- Undertake to use only one account going forward
- Show an understanding of what block evasion is, and undertake not to do it
- Outline what future contributions you plan to make to the project, showing an understanding of notability.
