If I am not wrong, OpenRefine should have warned you of a few things before you made your edits: you created new items without adding labels, descriptions or types to them. Did you see these warnings? For instance Muhammad Akram (Q58781093) should have instance of (P31) human (Q5), and the name of the person should be added as a label. Could you fix this?

@Pintoch: Hi! I've been working with @EbtihajKhan: on these edits, it seems like somehow only some of the edits from a larger project were successful - so no warning for missing labels etc (since we had them in the OR project) but not all got done. Not sure if this is an OR problem or not - I'm doing some investigation but hard to tell after the fact what went wrong. Either way we are working on fixing up all these edits now! @Pintoch: It looks like there was an existing item with the same label/description - the new item from User:EbithajKhan got created but with a blank label/description. Not sure what the 'correct' behaviour for OpenRefine here should be - possibly refuse to create the item at all? Owenpatel (talk) 12:46, 23 November 2018 (UTC)[reply]
