I added their respective items to the interwiki conflict template. It seems to me that everything is in order now. fr:Valaisan (langue) is about a french dialect and so is the item it's linked to: Valaisan dialect (Q3553469). Meanwhile it:Lingua walser and fr:Haut-valaisan are about the germanic language and so is the item they are linked to: Walser German (Q680517). I'm marking this as resolved.
