@Visem: The target URL in the example given is http://башкирская-энциклопедия.рф/index.php/component/content/article/2-statya/6974-salavatskij-rajon It's not clear how much of that is the ID, and how much is the formatter URL (P1630). Support The url provided does work with the numerical ID's, dropping the rest.

I've fixed the proposal here.

Another example:

House of Romanov (Q112707) -> 5217.
Setaria italica (Q161211) -> 16110.

And yes, the ID's (and the formatter urls) are different. Wrt Salavatsky District (Q288115) in Bashkir versión the ID is 11681, in Russian version the ID is 6974.
