- Comment Duplicates present in work (P1441) a little, I'd prefer extending that property with some qualifiers, like subject has role (P2868): first appearance (Q8563381). Matěj Suchánek (talk) 08:10, 20 November 2017 (UTC)
- Why would the extension be necessary? Wouldn't it already be implied from being the work with the earliest publish date? --Yair rand (talk) 01:09, 21 November 2017 (UTC)
- No, it would only be implied if we would assume completion in our dataset. ChristianKl (✉) 23:18, 22 November 2017 (UTC)
- Support There seems to be enough usage that it's nice to have a specialized property. The property can subclass present in work (P1441). Making this it's own property means that it's easier for Wikipedia templates to load the data and enter the data once the project of direct editing via Wikipedia templates progresses. This makes not only the template writing easier but also makes the database lookups that the template has to do cheaper.
- I would however appreciate if description would be improved before this gets created. ChristianKl (✉) 23:18, 22 November 2017 (UTC)
