Comment. The chosen example makes it difficult to see this as an identifier. It would be an identifier if used on a yet-to-be-created item about the France 2 (Q525894) reportage (Q124922) on the speech stored by Institut national de l'audiovisuel (Q1665109). If this is to be used on the item of the speech itself, this should be renamed 'INA video' and be considered a kind of subproperty of video (P10) that would go in the main section of the item page.
