Motivation edit
Japan Search, hosted by National Diet Library (Q477675), is a portal to many online databases relating to the culture of Japan (Q831454). They have a SPARQL endpoint and have already reconciled many of their IDs to Wikidata. They seem to have time:, place: and chname: namespaces. This proposal just relates to the chname: namespace.
