Motivation edit

Local governance in Kerala is a decentralization and participatory local democracy since the enactment of Kerala Panchayat Raj Act & The Kerala Municipality Act in the year 1994. The website has a data list of 1,200 LSG in Kerala. The code is also useful for differentiating the item is about District/Block/Grama Panchayats / Municipalities or Corporations. And also this code will be useful to link the directory data with the LGD local body code (P6425) along with Indian census data and to improve the data in Wikidata about Kerala. ❙❚❚❙❙ GnOeee ❚❙❚❙❙ ✉ 13:30, 11 August 2020 (UTC)[reply]

I have modified the English description which had some typo mistakes. But I didn't understand your question and opposing voice with no thought behind it by saying incomplete proposal and Lots of fixes are expected and removing the ready marking by ArthurPSmith. I have completed the documentation of my proposal.
