@Eihel: The item this property is added must only have instance of (P31):Gram panchayat (Q2732840)/municipal corporation in India (Q6936225)/municipality (Q15284)/Block Panchayat (Q4927168)/ District Councils of India (Q2758248)/municipal council of India (Q6958514). Then for items with instance of (P31):Gram panchayat (Q2732840) the part of (P361) will be any of the Block Panchayat (Q4927168) of Kerala (Q1186) (152nos) and for items with instance of (P31):Block Panchayat (Q4927168) the part of (P361) will be any of the District Councils of India (Q2758248) of Kerala (14nos).❙❚❚❙❙ GnOeee ❚❙❚❙❙ ✉ 17:36, 2 November 2020 (UTC)

@Gnoeee: You write The item this property is added must only have (…) Nagar Palika (Q6958514). So I did well to add it, as well as 2 others . For part of (P361), the site is under the name "Government of Kerala". If Kerala cannot be added, I remove it. A complex constraint should exist as a replacement (with subclasses and/or OR operators for example) . —Eihel (talk) 18:27, 2 November 2020 (UTC)
