Motivation
editUpdating links at Wikidata can easily sync to Wikipedia articles, especially these list of acts of Parliament in Malaysia by citation number (Q23043350). Values will consists of access to languages and dates which include but not limit to original scans, reprints(authentic), reprints online (non-authentic).
Personally, I think the directories to these PDF files are so confusing. Some are through ../LOM/{lang}/{file} some are ../outputaktap/{file}. Different naming style also.
I found this deprecated link http://www.agc.gov.my/agcportal/uploads/files/Publications/LOM/EN/Act%20332%20-%20Copyright%20Act%201987.pdf on Wikipedia which have identical file name to https://lom.agc.gov.my/ilims/upload/portal/akta/LOM/EN/Act%20332%20-%20Copyright%20Act%201987.pdf, seems the directory was changed once.
