Motivation

Thanks for starting this, John. I am generally supportive, but could you please ensure it is entirely obvious which identifier we're talking about? From the description above it suggests you're talking about the number in the URL, for example 152 for http://www.riwaq-register.org/BPview.aspx?BId=152 .
