Motivation edit

There are quite a lot of items with no external identifiers about sports seasons and teams. This property could document the ones about rugby league. The site has a number of categories of item. We already have a property to cover its items about players: Rugby League Project player ID (P4464). But I don't think we should set up a new property for each category, so am proposing this general ID.
