Motivation

Post stamps have some typical marks as color (P462), face value (P3934) or perforation. But last one is missing property.

Because there is limited number of used perforations including mixed, is better to have separate item for every one. There exist some different types of writing. 10½ horizontal and 11 vertical should be written as 10½ : 11, 10½ x 11, 10½ × 11 or 10½ / 11, everything with/out spaces.
