@Trade:,personally I think its Rakesh Krushna Joshi based on behaviourial evidence, but the account got locked as another LTA with case page on Wikidata: Arshifakhan61. However the content posted on hifwiki quite clearly suggested RKJ to me (content was along the lines of Rakesh Joshi, author, indian entepreneur, etc).
