Rationale, discussion and results edit

Reason: Most of these accounts only ever created or edited exactly one item related to the supposed Indian writer that titles this subpage. After going through and deleting these items, it is unclear to me which of these accounts is the actual sockmaster, although I suspect it may be Cokare ((@Martin Urbanec: on that account's related global lock). @Sotiale, Jasper Deng: as usual.
