Het doel van het WikiProject Plan Cóndor is:
- om te bepalen welke eigenschappen het meest geschikt zijn voor de entiteiten die verband houden met mensenrechtenschendingen in de toepassing van Operation Condor (Q156017) in Latijns-Amerika.
- om normen vast te stellen voor het gebruik van eigenschappen en entiteiten in ten minste de dictatuurregimes van Argentinië, Bolivia, Brazilië, Chili, Paraguay en Uruguay.
- om verschillende soorten visualisaties te genereren die door Wikidata Query Service zijn bedacht van de verschillende gebruikte entiteiten en hun relaties.
