Venue set up

This will take place at the main venue, Urania Berlin.

Welcome meetup on Thursday

On Thursday 24th evening, a welcome meetup will take place at Wikimedia Deutschland's office. We're looking for a few people who can help engaging with the participants: say hello and welcome, start discussions, include newcomers in existing groups, etc.

Registration/helpdesk

This will take place at the main venue, Urania Berlin. The person responsible for the registration and helpdesk is Jana Bolg (WMDE).
