Change from MONDO:XXXX to XXXX? edit

By removing the prefix from the ID and moving it to the formatter URL, constructing the IRI in federated queries would be simpler. The IRI for the concepts on MONDO is similar to http://purl.obolibrary.org/obo/MONDO_0005301.

Not sure if that is technically feasible. TiagoLubiana (talk) 15:50, 21 September 2023 (UTC)Reply

MONDO:XXXX vs MONDO_XXXX edit

AFAIK there have still been persisting MONO:XXXX values for linking an they give 404 errors. A task for a bot maybe ? Kpjas (talk) 13:23, 14 February 2024 (UTC)Reply
