P21 constraint (sex or gender)

Requiring a P21 statement doesn't seem to me to make sense in this context: Muck Rack doesn't appear to have information on sex or gender. I'll remove it. Ghouston (talk) 04:24, 25 April 2020 (UTC)

Y The use of constraints to enforce entity shapes is slightly annoying. As a user, I feel guilty creating statements with constraint violations. But the ID here is wholly unconnected to gender, except as an indicator that the item is about a person.

If a gender statement is thought to be needed for every person, it should be a constraint triggered by instance of (P31)human (Q5). --Matthias Winkelmann (talk) 16:04, 2 November 2020 (UTC)
