Changed label and description

I've changed/removed the labels, description, and constraints of this property to reflect its actual usage. The previous label ("distance along") and description suggested that the object of this property should be a distance, which is not the case – the linear feature is the object, like located in/on physical feature (P706), with geo datum and distance specified with qualifiers. why is there a distance requirement?
