Integer identifier edit

Hello, it seems that SAH Archipedia (Q97063049) also used internal interger identifier. For example, the one for Mary Colter (Q523888) is 1668. It can be found in the source code of each architect page (looking for the code "<link rel="shortlink""). Should we use this interger identifier instead of the current one?
