Disambiguation?
editw:en:Term is a disambiguation page. Is it okay? --fryed-peach (talk) 01:49, 2 March 2013 (UTC)
--Nashev (talk) 16:28, 20 March 2013 (UTC)
Q151885: Begreb=Begreb? Begriff=Begriff (philosophie)? Concept=?
editWe have also Q151885. In Danish Q1969448 and Q151885 it is the same word (begreb). The same goes for Swedish. In German there is a "Redundanzdiskussion" between Begriff and Begriff (Philosophie). In English there is only "Concept". Some languages have Term* and Concep*/Konsep*. There seems to me to be some haze in the Wikidata concept of the terms concept and term. — Finn Årup Nielsen (fnielsen) (talk) 15:36, 24 July 2013 (UTC)
difference from Q151885?
editMost concepts are not instances of terms
editPeople seem to confuse concepts with terms, and as a result, many Wikidata concepts are tracked as instances of "term". That is incorrect. E.g. interstellar medium (Q41872) is tracked as instance of term, but that is not so: the name of the concept is an instance of term, while the concept is not. --Dan Polansky (talk) 16:09, 21 December 2022 (UTC)
