ウィキメディアコモンズのカテゴリについて

Wikidataではウィキメディア内のページとカテゴリは別々のものとして扱っているので、ウィキメディアコモンズのカテゴリのページはcommonswikiとして追加するのではなく、新たなページをWikidataで作ってください。Fenenix (talk) 22:35, 31 August 2017 (UTC)

補足: 例として ウェスティンホテル仙台とウェスティンホテル仙台のカテゴリは別物ということです。ややっこしいのですが、円周率３パーセントさんの編集履歴を見ていると、沢山の修正が必要かもしれません。Fenenix (talk) 22:39, 31 August 2017 (UTC)

補足: なぜページとカテゴリで分けるのかというと、ウィキメディアコモンズにもウィキペディアの記事のようにギャラリーのページを作ることができるので、それとカテゴリは分けないとならないためです。よろしくお願いします。Fenenix (talk) 22:41, 31 August 2017 (UTC)

はい、わかりました。しかし、日本語のウィキペディアで一つだけのページがあります。（ja:上飯田 (名古屋市)です。）ほかの解決を探してみます。 --林愛子 (talk) 13:35, 19 March 2021 (UTC)

あとは、名古屋市の金城町と金城が同じかと思いましたが、やっぱり別かもしれません。座標をグーグルマップで見ると、200mぐらいの距離です。地名も似てます。どうでしょうか。 --林愛子 (talk) 11:44, 20 March 2021 (UTC)

地元紙中日新聞に「金城町」と「金城」の地名が紛らわしい、という趣旨の記事が掲載されたことがあります。「紛らわしい」ということは、別物であるということです。というより、「思った」とか「かもしれません」という理解のレベルで編集するというのはどうなんでしょうか。--円周率３パーセント (talk) 11:51, 20 March 2021 (UTC)

名古屋市:名古屋の町名一覧（き）（市政情報）に、金城一丁目・金城二丁目・金城三丁目・金城四丁目・金城町という町が掲載されています。したがって、Wikidataに5件それぞれ別個の項目（いずれもinstance of (P31)がchōchō (Q5327369)である）が存在してもよいと私は思います。--Wdpp (talk) 12:57, 23 April 2021 (UTC)
