Hi, are you per chance affiliated with CiNii Research? I'd like to report an issue on one ID due to the change of the VIAF cluster. I wasn't able to locate a report form on the website. Thank you!

@Jahl de Vautban: If entry has NACSIS-CAT著者名典拠ID (P271), CiNii Research links to VIAF with URL using NACSIS-CAT著者名典拠ID (P271) (e.g. https://viaf.org/viaf/sourceID/NII%7CDA14576874), not directly. Since the link still works, I think there is no issue. By the way, I have no relationship with National Institute of Informatics, which operates CiNii.

I moved CiNii Books著者ID (P271) and CiNii Research ID (P11496) to Martin L. Osborne (Q112523999). It probably become more appropriate than before.

こんにちは。松川昌藏(Q21655802)に各識別子を付与されていますが、活動分野が全く異なるため同名の別人だと思われます。私が嘗て日本語版ウィキペディアで当項目を編集した際にも、これらの識別子が付与されていましたが分野が異なるためノートページにメッセージを残した上で除去しております。このままでは編集合戦になってしまう虞も有る為、御連絡致しました。

@Y.haruo: ご連絡ありがとうございます。改めて確認したところ私が追加した識別子はいずれも別人へ適用すべきものであると判断できることから、VIAF以外は除去しました。VIAFについてはリンク先のページにウィキデータの識別子としてShōzō Matsukawa (Q21655802)が掲載されているゆえ、ボットやスクリプトがこれを認識してQ21655802へVIAFの識別子を再度追加しようとする可能性があることから、除去ではなく非推奨ランクに設定した上で存置しようと思います。

Hi @本日晴天, just curious as to why you deleted official website (P856) of Bulletin of the Kitakyushu Museum of Natural History and Human History, Series A (Natural History) (Q21385198)? Is there a better value for this property? If so, why not add it? Otherwise, why delete the existing value?

@Rdmpage: The URL I removed is for journal information page on J-STAGE. J-STAGE (Q11225111) is operated by Japan Science and Technology Agency (Q11595927), a government agency of Japan. So it's not appropriate for value of official website (P856). And that item already has J-STAGE journal ID (P11504). Short while ago, I added more suitable value of official website (P856).

@本日晴天 OK fair enough, I take your point. I'm aware that J-Stage is a different entity, but in the absence of any other value it still helps people locate information about the journal. But thank you for adding a more appropriate value. I wasn't aware of J-STAGE journal ID (P11504), that's a useful property to have.

@Jackie Bensberg: Do you mean the task of adding J-STAGE journal ID (P11504) to items? If so, it's about 40% complete. See mixnmatch:2699 and mixnmatch:5721.

PS. For items that already exist on Wikidata, the task is almost complete.

CiNii Books author ID (P271) is identifier for authors, not for works. For works, CiNii Books bibliography ID (P1739) can be used. I added P271 to Isabelle de Charrière (Q123386).

This book is the Correspondence between Isabelle de Charrière and David-Louis Constant d'Hermences [Constant de rebecque] translated in Japanese in 2011. So the writer is Isabelle de Charrière.

This article is nothing but autobiographical spam. This is the same person creating their article on multiple wikis and we are playing catch up on the deletions. We have deleted these items for at Wikidata for years. I have been deleting these articles by this person for 7+ years. Don't fall into the trap of giving this spammer any air. There is no independently cited notability, it is spam spam spam.

@Billinghurst: Don't you remember my comment at the previous Rfd request? If you really consider that the person is ‘nothing but autobiographical spam’ and that item should be deleted, verify the contents of w:ja:ジャヴァド・ラメザニ and persuade the community at Afd request in jawiki.
