Request reason:
Hi, User:Rschen7754. This actually comes at a surprise to me, a shocking surprise. I've been an editor on Wikipedia and sister projects for over 10 years now, but I believe my account has been hijacked somehow since I've been editing on both phone and computer while traveling over the past few weeks (multiple IPs, and VPNs). I just checked my global contribution edit log and noticed all the low quality edits you were referring to ... I mean why would I leave a speech-like note in my edit summary?? That's just stupid :/
Anyway, I'd appreciate if you can look into the block here (I also noticed that I'm blocked on :enwp, and :enqt) should a steward need to be involved in this? I have checkuser access on arwp, and I'm worried that someone might abuse that access. Please respond to me here or via email. I do check my secure email regularly. Best regards and thanks again for your delegence in this matter. --Ciphers (talk) 14:54, 13 November 2018 (UTC)Reply
Decline reason:
As your account is globally locked for more than a month per [1], I decline this unblock request for now. If you manage to gain control over your account again and the global lock is removed, you may of course file a new unblock request. —MisterSynergy (talk) 08:38, 8 January 2019 (UTC)Reply

At this point, if this is true, you will need to contact James Alexander as well as stewards. I do not have access to CU data and cannot verify your story. Your CU access was already removed by WMF. --Rschen7754 19:29, 13 November 2018 (UTC)Reply
Thanks, Rschen7754. Really... my CU rights are gone?! :/ I wonder how did that happen ... anyway, I know James has got his hands full with stuff all the times, so I don't want to bother him with the minute matters of blocking & unblocking. Do you know any steward or stewardess whom I can reach out to help me out? no rush though ... I can certainly live without being on enwp or wikidata for a while :) --Ciphers (talk) 02:28, 14 November 2018 (UTC)Reply
It is because of your former CU status that WMF (and James) has intervened in this matter. --Rschen7754 02:31, 14 November 2018 (UTC)Reply
Rschen7754; ah ok. Thanks. I feel kind of oblivious about what's happening behind the closed doors at WMF. Let me know if you know anything else so I can reach out to them accordingly. Best to you. --Ciphers (talk) 02:35, 14 November 2018 (UTC)Reply
