Costa Rica National Road Network datasetEdit

@Rschen7754: Hi again! I created the remaining stub articles for the Costa Rica National Road Network over at Wikipedia, now I would like to add the corresponding instances to Wikidata, I have the same data from the official GIS (number, length, administrative (provinces) divisions...), shields are already at Commons and so on. Do you know how to use and if there is a particular format so that we can upload these instances in a single transaction? Like CSV, JSON? I'll read through Wikidata:Data Import Guide too. Roqz (talk) 13:12, 1 June 2020 (UTC)

@Roqz: I've had some success with [1] and [2] before. Unfortunately I don't think I've done any mass import of numeric types before though. --Rschen7754 18:27, 1 June 2020 (UTC)

Dan Koehls RfAEdit

I made a comment before your recent one on the running RfA at Lymantria's page. I understand why you changed to oppose, I have been torn about this whole situation all afternoon as well. I did think of messaging you as an involved admin, but in the end decided to message an uninvolved Crat. I have no advanced rights here on Wikidata, unlike Wikispecies. So I also have to be wary of jumping on toes here. Anyway, I think the situation is very unfair on Dan, my impression is there has been canvassing on the Swedish side, unfortunately Dan leaving a message on Wikispecies has probably made it worse, I have suggested to Lymantria he may wish to strike mine and Hectar Bottai's votes also.. I was nearly going to suggest to Dan he remove his comment at Wikispecies. But it has been responded to by two others now, I have to leave it. Cheers Scott Thomson (Faendalimas) talk 00:53, 3 June 2020 (UTC)

Indeed there has likely been canvassing - and I have some legitimate concerns about svwiki - but I was growing more concerned about having an admin without the support of such a significant wiki (svwiki is not the largest by far, but is large enough to have CUs). I think it would have put Wikidata in a difficult position. --Rschen7754 01:37, 3 June 2020 (UTC)
Totally understandable. Thanks, Scott Thomson (Faendalimas) talk 01:49, 3 June 2020 (UTC)
