Can you translate and upload simple:National Archive Department of Azerbaijan and « Category:Archives in Azerbaijan » (Q22029602) in Spanish Wikipedia for this article and for es:Biblioteca Nacional de Azerbaiyán (which is the national archive repository)?

Please merge instead of blanking

If you notice that two items are duplicates, please merge them instead of blanking one of them as you did with the page Q83900929. External sites use Wikidata identifiers, so it is important that we preserve the chain of references. See Help:Merge for more information on how to do this, and consider installing the Merge Gadget.
