Agradezco esta bienvenida a Wikidata, aunque he de reconocer que me deja un poco "descolocado", más que nada porque tenía la idea de que Wikidata es un proyecto (digámoslo así) "auxiliar" de la Wikipedia, en el que se acumulan, ordenan y vigilan los derechos de toda clase de ficheros multimedia (especialmente imágenes); y se sistematizan los datos de determinadas entradas de la wikipedia (especialmente datos biográficos, geográficos -como las coordenadas- y cronológicos).

En consecuencia, hasta la fecha he ido subiendo imágenes relacionadas con los artículos que traduzco (la mayoría; actualmente me he centrado en los cráteres lunares y sus personalidades epónimas) o bien con los que creo desde cero (estos son muchos menos muy a mi pesar), repasando los "wikidata" correspondientes (no siempre los reviso, debo confesarlo) de los artículos que edito.

También debo señalar que mi conocimiento de wikidata es bastante rudimentario, aunque consideraba que suficiente para manejarme en relación con mis ediciones en wikipedia.

Todo esta larga introducción me lleva a la pregunta que quería formular desde el principio (a lo mejor tenía que haber empezado por aquí...):

• ¿Hay algo que desde mi desconocimiento esté haciendo rematadamente mal en wikidata, o simplemente se pretende que sea consciente de todas las potencialidades de wikidata que pueda estar ignorando?

(O bien, que esta bienvenida no tenga nada que ver con las elucubraciones anteriores...)

I'd also want to tell you that in labels (see here), descriptions (see here) and aliases (see here) capital letters are to be used only when necessary. Descripciones

Hello, I'm Madamebiblio. I wanted to let you know that one or more of your recent description edits didn't meet the Wikidata description guidelines. Descriptions should appear as though they were in the middle of a sentence, typically start with a lowercase letter, and written from a neutral point of view. For example, "pop singer" would be a better description than "He is the best pop singer." If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page.
