Nyugodtan lehet csinálni gyakran használt forrásoknak wd-elemet, a wd nevezetességi követelményei mások mint a Wikipédiáé, pláne ha forrásokról van szó. Nyugodtan hozz nekik létre wd-elemet. Xia (talk) 09:03, 12 April 2021 (UTC)

Koreai átírás

Szia! Neki akartam esni az angolból átmásolt címkék javításának dél-koreai állampolgároknál, de elég hamar elbizonytalanodtam. Az átírós eszközt akartam használni, át is pörgettem rajta 1479 nevet, de nem egészen értem az eszköz logikáját. Mivel elve a családnevet-keresztnevet manuálisan szedegetem szét utólag, hogy tudja a hasonulásokat kezelni az eszköz (meg amúgy is át kell válogatnom a fals pozitívok – művésznevek, nem koreai nemzetiségűek – miatt), így feltűnt egy-két dolog. Neked mi a tapasztalatod vele (ha van egyáltalán)?

• A szi → si változást abszolút nem jelöli, így azt az angol címke után magam kezdtem el elvégezni.
• A 류 családnév következetesen lju lesz, ezeket én Rju-sítom.
• A zöngésedés hol kimarad (tipikusan ahol az angolban a magánhangzó és a mássalhangzó között van egy h, amely a magyarban már nincs, de úgy láttam, ettől még zöngésítenünk kellene), hol a 박 családnév is Pag lesz (amiről viszont nem tudom, mennyire jó ötlet).

Ezen a ponton jöttem rá, hogy potenciálisan más szabályok is lehetnek, amelyeket nem vagy nem jól kezel az eszköz. Van esetleg tanácsod/listád, amit használhatnék, vagy inkább ne kontárkodjak, mert ezzel több kárt fogok okozni, mint hasznot? :) – Máté (talk) 10:55, 24 May 2021 (UTC)

@Máté: Szia! Az eszköz persze nem tud mindent kezelni, pláne, hogy hoztunk pár apró módosítást az irányelvben mióta az eszköz megszületett, azok pedig nem lettek átvezetve, mert Chery már nem foglalkozik az eszközzel, az is beletelt pár évbe, míg átkerült toolforge-ra. Sajnos a maradékot az irányelvből kell kibogarászni annak, akinek nincs gyakorlata a koreai nevekkel. A neven belüli zöngésítés a vezetékneveknél inkább nem alkalmazandó, mert nagyon furán mutatna hogy mondjuk egy testvérpár Pak Csihun és Pag Ohun-ként íródna át, a következetesség miatt a vezetéknév mindig ugyanaz az átírás marad, függetlenül attól, hogy a következő szótag esetleg magánhangzóval kezdődik. Ugyanezen megfontolásból mindig állandó pl. a -ku szótag a kerületek végén (és kötőjeles), függetlenül az utolsó szótag utolsó betűjének zöngés vagy zöngétlen voltától. Ha valamelyik névnél gondod adódik, szólj nyugodtan. Szisztematikus megoldásom nincs, sajnos, de szívesen segítek velük, ha úgy egyszerűbb kötegekben is küldheted a problémásakat. Közben összeraktam egy olyan listát is, amely azokat a dél-koreai állampolgárokról szóló elemeket listázza, amelyeknek nincs magyar címkéje, de potenciálisan feltűnhetnek a magyar Wikipédia infoboxaiban, mert olyan elem hivatkozik rájuk, amelyhez van kapcsolva magyar szócikk. A többség valószínűleg egyébként nem jelenik meg, de attól még hátha lesz haszna a listának: User:Máté/átírás/Hiányzó koreai nevek. Call for participation in the interview study with Wikidata editors

Dear Xia,

I hope you are doing good,

I am Kholoud, a researcher at King’s College London, and I work on a project as part of my PhD research that develops a personalized recommendation system to suggest Wikidata items for the editors based on their interests and preferences. I am collaborating on this project with Elena Simperl and Miaojing Shi.

I would love to talk with you to know about your current ways to choose the items you work on in Wikidata and understand the factors that might influence such a decision. Your cooperation will give us valuable insights into building a recommender system that can help improve your editing experience.

Participation is completely voluntary. You have the option to withdraw at any time. Your data will be processed under the terms of UK data protection law (including the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018). The information and data that you provide will remain confidential; it will only be stored on the password-protected computer of the researchers. We will use the results anonymized to provide insights into the practices of the editors in item selection processes for editing and publish the results of the study to a research venue. If you decide to take part, we will ask you to sign a consent form, and you will be given a copy of this consent form to keep.

Call for participation in a task-based online experiment

I am Kholoud, a researcher at King's College London, and I work on a project as part of my PhD research, in which I have developed a personalised recommender system that suggests Wikidata items for the editors based on their past edits. I am collaborating on this project with Elena Simperl and Miaojing Shi.

I am inviting you to a task-based study that will ask you to provide your judgments about the relevance of the items suggested by our system based on your previous edits. Participation is completely voluntary, and your cooperation will enable us to evaluate the accuracy of the recommender system in suggesting relevant items to you. We will analyse the results anonymised, and they will be published to a research venue.

The study will start in late January 2022 or early February 2022, and it should take no more than 30 minutes.
