- Support, though I think a more precise name is needed. Maybe Mediatheque of Architecture and Heritage autor ID?. Andy Mabbett (Pigsonthewing); Talk to Andy; Andy's edits 12:34, 14 April 2017 (UTC)
- @Pigsonthewing: Base Autor is the official name, as Base Mérimée (Q809830) and Palissy database (Q2886424). You think that this property could be a confusion with author (P50)? Tubezlob (🙋) 14:49, 14 April 2017 (UTC)

- Oppose For the current name. The name User:Pigsonthewingj would work but is long. Maybe "base biographique AUTOR ID" is we want a short name. ChristianKl (talk) 17:12, 14 April 2017 (UTC)
- @ChristianKl: Is the problem with the word Autor in German (and author (P50))? Tubezlob (🙋) 19:02, 14 April 2017 (UTC)
- I generally oppose names for authority control that don't give most readers an impression what the property is about. ChristianKl (talk) 10:10, 15 April 2017 (UTC)
- @ChristianKl: The description is made for that, no? For example, Mérimée ID (P380) has a description that says that is for French cultural heritage. Tubezlob (🙋) 07:48, 18 April 2017 (UTC)

- Comment The name proposed is a big issue. In Spanish the word "autor" is for any person who creates an original work. For that reason anyone who types "autor" as property may think that's for a kind of universal author ID. I think that the better option is call it Base biografique AUTOR ID or even Base AUTOR ID (the capital letters can help to prevent any confusion). --Mr. Moonlight (talk) 23:47, 20 April 2017 (UTC)
- I renamed it into Base biografique AUTOR ID. ChristianKl (talk) 08:08, 23 April 2017 (UTC)
