Motivation
It's a freely licensed database on civil society freedoms. I got the idea from https://github.com/DerekCaelin/skill-civicus-monitor which is an add-on to check the CIVICUS Monitor when you ask for it with the Mycroft (Q29377049) AI personal assistant. NMaia (talk) 12:57, 13 May 2018 (UTC)
