Motivation

edit

Property proposal for the unique identifier of collection items in the public catalogue (OPAC) of the Royal Library of Belgium (KBR). This does not concern KBR authority identifiers. Up to now KBR has regularly made collection data available on Wikidata and Wikimedia Commons referring to its catalogue via OPAC permalinks in described at URL (P973) and as reference URL official website (P856) in most other item statements. Other collection highlights don't even have proper linkage to their catalogue ID as in example 5 (16995818) Not used yet is catalog code (P528) with qualifier catalog (P972) = Royal Library of Belgium (KBR) Online Catalogue (Q104828762) but this could also further confuse.
