Discussion edit
- Question : do these numbers have real world use outside of Les Roses cultivées à L'Haÿ en 1902 (Q96634446)? That is, do other databases use them, and/or do horticulturists commonly refer to "l'Haÿ no. 3961" or "Gravereaux no. 3961" when talking about Rosa 'Louis XIV' (Q83668696) in the same way an entomologist might use "Hodges number 5546" when referring to Anemosella nevalis (Q4761674)? Could these cultivars have different numbers in different publications, and/or are there more universal identifiers for rose cultivars that might be used instead? -Animalparty (talk) 23:19, 4 September 2020 (UTC)
- taxon name (P225) on cultivars should have a smiliar function as on your sample. As most others identifiers of your sample, this identifier is primarily one to look up the cultivar in the "database". --- Jura 03:38, 5 September 2020 (UTC)
- Support seems well enough defined, with enough items in the list. --99of9 (talk) 01:19, 28 September 2020 (UTC)
