Motivation

The National Museum of Visual Arts of Uruguay released a full dataset of its collection in 2016. Wikimedia Uruguay has been working with them in a GLAM Project to include hi res images released by them in Commons. Support nice! I would suggest shortening the name to "National Museum of Visual Arts of Uruguay artwork ID" in line with similar properties.
