Done as NOC*NSF athlete ID (P10957). I corrected the errors in this proposal: expected completion: always incomplete, since new athletes will always be added; applicable stated in value: changed from NOC*NSF (Q1650156) to newly created NOC*NSF (Q113569280) because the former is not a work and cannot be used for this.
